This Privacy Policy describes how Realm Wars ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our game and related website (the "Service"), and the choices you have regarding that information. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Account data. Realm Wars uses Google Sign-In. When you sign in we receive your email address, display name, and a Google account identifier, which we use to create and secure your player account. You also choose a hero name that is shown to other players.
Game data. We store your game progress and profile on our servers so it is saved across sessions and devices. This includes your level, currencies, gear and inventory, skills, forge state, pets, PvP rating, guild membership, and the chat messages you send in a guild.
Usage and device data. Some information may be collected automatically, such as your IP address, device type, operating system, the actions you take in the Service, timestamps, and diagnostic data used to keep the game running.
The Service offers optional purchases. In our mobile app these are processed through Google Play's billing system; on our website they are processed through Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Card information is provided directly to Google or Stripe, both of which adhere to PCI-DSS standards. We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as Google Firebase for authentication, database, and hosting); in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; to comply with a legal obligation or a valid request by public authorities; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our players or others. Content you post in guild chat is visible to the other members of that guild.
We retain your data for as long as your account exists and as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, or where we are legally required to retain it. You can delete your account and data at any time (see below).
You can permanently delete your Realm Wars account and all associated data at any time, either from inside the app (menu, then Account, then Delete account) or by request. Full instructions are on our Account and Data Deletion page.
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). While we use commercially reasonable means to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Please review this policy periodically.
