Delete Account & Data

How to permanently delete your Realm Wars account and all associated data.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Realm Wars on your device.
  2. Open the menu (top-left) and tap Account.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then confirm the prompt.

Your account and all data are removed immediately on confirmation. There is no additional retention period.

What is deleted

Deleted: your game progress (level, gold, gems, gear, inventory, skills, forge and pets).
Deleted: your player profile, hero name and any guild membership (guild leadership is passed on before removal).
Deleted: your sign-in account link (the Google account association is removed from our servers).

Purchase records held by Google Play are governed by Google's own policies and are not stored by us.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All progress will be lost.

Delete specific data without deleting your account

If you would like us to delete some or all of your game data while keeping your account open, email realmidlehelp@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and tell us what you would like removed. We action verified requests within 30 days. Data we are legally required to keep (for example, records related to purchases held by Google Play) may be retained.

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to open the app, email us at realmidlehelp@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and we will delete your account and data on your behalf.
